Attention Land Rover fans, now is the time to take notice. The Defender 110 is about to undergo some modifications.
The 2028 Land Rover Defender has been seen on public roads in Europe, showcasing mild camouflage at both its front and rear sections. However, the most significant alteration appears to be the second-row captain’s chairs, which are partially hidden beneath cloth camouflage.
While second-row captain’s chairs have been available in the extended three-row Defender 130, this feature has not been offered in the shorter five-passenger 110 model. Although the actual seats remain obscured by camouflage, it’s reasonable to speculate that they will mirror the seats found in the three-row 130 variant.
It’s not clear whether these second-row captain’s chairs will be standard or optional, but it seems likely that a second-row bench seat will still be available to maintain the 110 model’s five-seat configuration in certain trims.

Additional subtle updates to the exterior of the 110 are set to include a redesigned rear bumper and spoiler, a refreshed front grille, and modified front bumper.
The facelifted 2028 Land Rover Defender is anticipated to debut later this year, but the updated model is unlikely to be available in the U.S. until next year.
