These Buffalo Chicken Burgers Are Absolutely Delightful.

Last week, everyone in the office devoured an entire burger for lunch. Typically, our shoot days consist of just nibbling here and there. However, these were met with rapid enthusiasm and loud cheers of approval.

Bjork remarked on how terrific they were at least seven times. I even went back for more. So perhaps buffalo chicken burgers have become my new top meal?

The taste is PHENOMENAL – brush them with butter at the finale, incorporate the zest of the feta spread, stack some refreshing lettuce on top, and nestle it all in a toasted brioche bun? Absolutely unbeatable.

Can we just take a moment to recognize how incredibly simple they are to whip up? If you grab a pre-made feta spread, like the new whipped one from Trader Joe’s, it becomes even quicker.

  1. Create the Whipped Feta: Process all components together in a small food processor until you achieve a thick and spreadable consistency with bits of feta.
  2. Combine the Burgers: In a medium-sized bowl, mix the burger ingredients together. Shape into 4-5 patties.
  3. Cook the Burgers: Heat a splash of oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until they turn golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  4. Glaze with Butter: While the burgers finish cooking, brush them with the melted butter and hot sauce blend.
  5. Serve: Lay your burgers on buns with lettuce and a generous spread of the whipped feta. SO DELICIOUS.
