Recently, my life has been incredibly hectic. Between managing the website, homeschooling my eldest son, and dealing with some stressful family matters, I’ve frequently found myself in survival mode. I’m sure many of you can relate to that experience.

Yet, it’s not merely the busyness that makes it all so exhausting. It’s also the unending noise. Even if you aren’t a parent to young children, the most vocal beings on earth, you’re still bombarded with a constant flow of notifications, texts, news alerts, and demands—not to mention the internal pressure we experience to accomplish more, achieve more, and solve everything.

When everything seems overwhelming, we might think we need fresh tools, methods, and applications to simplify things. Sometimes those can indeed be beneficial.
